RCF NXL 44A MK2 Description

The RCF NXL 44A MK2 is a two-way active line array column speaker, engineered to deliver outstanding audio fidelity and punch in a portable or installable format. Its compact yet powerful design features three high-efficiency 10” neodymium woofers and a 3” titanium compression driver, offering full-range response down to 45Hz. RCF's proprietary DSP includes FiRPHASE filtering for phase-coherent sound and Bass Motion Control (BMC), which enhances low-end clarity by managing woofer excursion without altering phase response. This combination allows the NXL 44A MK2 to maintain tight, clean bass and intelligibility at high SPLs. With a 100° x 25° constant directivity waveguide, the NXL 44A MK2 ensures wide horizontal coverage and focused vertical dispersion, reducing reflections and improving clarity in reverberant spaces. The onboard 2100W Class-D amplifier offers fast transient response, thermal protection, and fanless convection cooling for reliability in demanding environments. The rugged Baltic birch enclosure features integrated rigging points, PowerCON TRUE1 TOP connectors, and ergonomic side handles, making it suitable for ground stack, pole mount, flown, or coupled configurations.
